As we scale, we’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team and help drive growth by managing the complete lead cycle — from prospecting to client calls — using CRM tools and structured workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and qualify quality leads; prepare targeted and customized proposals.
• Confidently engage with clients via messages, emails, and calls to understand requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
• Manage and maintain leads data on CRM platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-ups, and progress through each sales stage.
• Design and execute workflows within the CRM to ensure a smooth and structured lead cycle — from initial inquiry, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to client call and closure.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team to align solutions with client needs and expectations.
• Nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and updates.
• Contribute to developing and refining business development strategies with leadership to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience working with CRM systems for lead tracking, data management, and sales workflow automation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
